This review is for Sherry in cashiering. The cashier is supposed to be the last person who helps you and your last impression. I’ve never had any issues with any employees there and they have all been really helpful and kind but that quickly turned around with my experience with Sherry. She had an attitude the whole time and when it was time to give us our receipt, she shook her head with annoyance and threw it at my husband for him to catch. That is no way to ever treat a person let alone a customer. That old lady should not be working in retail.
First time ever using this store. My cashier Laurent was by far the best cashier I've ever had he was polite and so respectful. He kept a great conversation while doing his job scanning the groceries. The store will now be my first stop anytime I need groceries and I hope I get cashier Laurent. Great store! Always come out with more than what was on the list since the prices are so good. Store is clean and the employees are super friendly.
Prices are great and in general employees are very friendly. Today however, the guy that checked me out was anything but. I had questions about the app, my first time. He had no interest, so I didn't bother. I'm going to avoid him in the future.
This place is a circus ...leaky chicken bins....they don't clean them out just restock new chicken ...I saw kids putting ther hands in there lol...I asked the store manager and he said that's why we have bags to put the chicken in....but why is it leaking all over the store and is not just one location... also where they keep their milk products there ha been times products fell onto the floor and they never get pick them up until they turn green. Overall, the largest complaint I have is that the employees are very rude and the managers are even worse . I get surveys on my receipts at the bottom not yet have i passed a single one....If Kroger and the evil empire of Fred meyers was not worse id be giving them my hard earned money instead.....better shopping at wLly world. At least their employees show respect and kindness there .
The largest selection of fresh produce include organic foods I have seen in a single store. Prices are much better than Costco or other stores.
Best Grocery prices around. Love their deli section for fresh salads, sandwiches and dinner ideas. Huge meat department. You just have to bag your buys yourself.
Awesome store, lines moving well. Good selection as usual.
And the vegetables are fresh
